Billing and Payments
From 1st April, all new invoices and statements will be issued from Vetta Group (as the trading name of Vetta Trading Ltd).
Customers who have automated payment methods with us, both credit card, direct debit, and Online EFTPOS, will see transactions now coming from Vetta Group.
For customers making manual payments, the below bank account details will need to be used from 1st April 2026. These are the same bank account details which were in use for Vetta Online Ltd.

Legal Information
From a legal perspective, two changes are happening. First, Vetta Online Limited is undergoing a name change to Vetta Trading Limited prior to 1st April 2026, and from 1st April will trade as Vetta Group. Once completed, Reliance Networks Limited and Aorangi EFTPOS 2020 Limited will then be amalgamated into Vetta Trading Limited.
The existing service agreements, terms of trade, terms of service and associated policies you’ve agreed to for your services will therefore continue to be upheld by Vetta Trading Limited. Agreements for new services from 1st April 2026 will be under policies with Vetta Trading Limited. You can feel free to review these policies in advance at www.vetta.nz/legal.
