Vetta’s Rural Broadband delivers high-speed wireless internet to rural and remote properties across New Zealand using local cell towers. It is designed for areas where fibre is unavailable and traditional copper services are slow or unreliable.

How Rural Broadband Works
Our Rural Broadband service uses fixed wireless technology delivered from nearby cell towers directly to your property. In most locations, this works out of the box using an indoor router. Where coverage is weaker, an external antenna can be installed to improve signal strength and performance.
This approach allows us to deliver broadband to many rural locations that are outside fibre coverage.
Our Plans
Setup Fees:
- No contract = $249 incl GST
- 12-month contract = $149 incl GST
- 24-month contract = $79 incl GST
- For most installations, no antenna install is necessary, however in some poor coverage areas, an external antenna installation may be required. These costs will be advised prior to install and commencement of any contract
Coverage & Installation
Rural Broadband is available across New Zealand where there is suitable cell coverage. In areas with weaker signal, an external antenna can be professionally installed to improve reliability and performance.
