Fibre Broadband (UFB)
The fastest and most reliable way to get broadband in New Zealand. Fibre is ideal for busy households with multiple screens, remote work and gaming.

Our Fibre Plans
Setup Fees:
- Router on 12-month contract = $20 handling & postage fee (optional)
- Router on no contract = $149 incl GST
- For new installations outside of an LFC’s standard install, additional costs may apply. These costs will be advised prior to install and commencement of any contract
Fixed Wireless (4G/5G)
Ideal for homes where fibre is not yet available or for customers wanting a quick, hassle-free installation.
- Good performance for everyday use
- No fibre or copper line required
- Easy setup with quick provisioning
Our Fixed Wireless Plans
Setup Fees:
- No contract = $249 incl GST
- 12-month contract = $149 incl GST
- 24-month contract = $79 incl GST
- For most installations, no antenna install is necessary, however in some poor coverage areas, an external antenna installation may be required. These costs will be advised prior to install and commencement of any contract
Copper Broadband (ADSL/VDSL)
Works where other options are limited or unavailable. A reliable fallback in more remote areas.
- Uses the existing copper network
- Available in most urban and rural addresses*
- A solid choice if you are outside fibre coverage

*Some copper areas are going through the copper withdrawal decommissioning process, which may mean we’re unable to connect you to a copper service, even if you already have a copper line. Our team will discuss this with you if required.
