Cloud Phone

Cloud Phone is our highly available Cloud PBX service hosted in New Zealand. It delivers enterprise-grade call handling and features without the cost and complexity of on-premise PBX hardware.

Cloud Phone Plus

Cloud Phone Plus is our full Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) platform. It builds on all the features of Cloud Phone and adds modern collaboration, messaging and contact centre capability in a private cloud environment.

For organisations that already operate their own PBX or voice platform, we provide multi-homed SIP Trunking directly into our national voice network.

Call charges can be bundled or billed per minute depending on the commercial model chosen.

We manage number porting, allocation and configuration directly through our NAD membership and ownership of number blocks. This simplifies migrations, ensures continuity of business numbers and provides greater flexibility when scaling services.
