Field Services
Our field services team provides on-site technical support for businesses, homes and infrastructure environments. Whether supporting an internal IT team or delivering end-to-end work directly to customers, we act as a trusted pair of hands in the field.
Onsite Support & Installations
We handle installations, upgrades, relocations and troubleshooting across your electronic & AV equipment, as well as servers, workstations, POS systems, AV gear and specialist hardware with the involvement of our broader team.
Remote Hands
For distributed environments or customers without local staff, we provide remote hands services including rack work, cabling changes, hardware replacement, power cycling and physical inspections. Our team are accredited to work on sites operated by Spark, Chorus and Enable to name a few.
Projects & Rollouts
We support large-scale rollouts across single or multi-site environments, coordinating logistics, scheduling and commissioning to ensure consistency and minimal disruption.
