Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services being delivered automatically and digitally, we do not provide refunds for recurring or subscription-based services once they have been provisioned or made available, except where a refund is required due to a fault or error on our part.
For physical products purchased from us, we honour all obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. In addition, customers may return eligible products within seven (7) days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original condition, subject to a restocking fee of 20 percent of the purchase price. Shipping or courier costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Staying Up to Date
We may update our legal agreements from time to time. The latest versions will always be published on this page. Where required, we will notify customers of material changes in accordance with our agreements and applicable law.
These agreements are provided for transparency and ease of access. In the event of any inconsistency between documents, the hierarchy of documents is set out in the Master Services Agreement.
