Moving your Internet service to Vetta from another provider is a very simple process.
Firstly, you’ll need to get in touch with us to select the plan that’s right for you. Then as soon as we hear an installation date from Chorus or your local LFC, we’ll flick you a quick email.
At this time, if you are transferring a like-for-like product (e.g. if you currently have ADSL, and moving to ADSL with us), you don’t need to do a thing. If you are moving to a new product (e.g. ADSL to UFB), we recommend giving your ISP a call so they’re aware you’ll be moving away. It is vital that your connection is not cancelled before your installation date, and we recommend adding a week overlap “just in case”.
