Search
- Access the Cloud PBX
- Browse to Configuration → Conditions
- Click New Condition
- Type a name for the condition. Try to avoid spaces if possible. For example, OfficeHours is better than Office Hours.
- Set Type to Weektime
- Check that the time matches what you expect
- If it doesn’t, either set the timezone here, or request a change from Vetta.
- Click and drag over the grid, between the times you want.
- For example, click in Monday between 9am and 9:30am, and drag to between 4:30pm and 5pm.
- Set the logic for if the condition matches, and when the condition doesn’t match.
- Click Save
- Done!
