Add a condition using a global condition

  • Access the Cloud PBX
  • Browse to Configuration → Conditions
  • Click New Condition
    • Type a name for the condition. Try to avoid spaces if possible. For example, OfficeHours is better than Office Hours.
    • Set Type to Use a Global Condition
    • Select the global condition to use
      • You’ll see some NOT Global Conditions. These invert the match.
        • For example, if using NOT – NZ Public Holidays (NOT):
          • Match = not a public holiday, route as per normal (or whatever logic you choose)
          • Not a match = public holiday, route to afterhours (or whatever logic you choose)
    • Click Save
  • Done!
