Add a call forward custom destination

Access the Cloud PBX
Configuration → Custom Destinations
Click New Custom Destination
Set Type to Forward call to
Set the Name, e.g. John Doe Mobile
Set the phone number, e.g. 0271234567
If using request to confirm on a Hunt List pointing to this Custom Destination, leave Dial timeout blank
If using this Custom Destination without request to confirm, set Dial timeout to 14 seconds (below all standard mobile voicemail timeouts)
Instead of using CallerID settings here, do this in your call logic before routing to the Custom Destination.
Click Save
