Within the Cloud PBX, we do not permit customers to enter source Caller ID information for a number (DID) which is not within the Cloud PBX tenant. This is to prevent call spoofing within our network.
However, we do accept that for certain reasons, this is a requirement (e.g. Vetta being used as a backup provider)
